Regional Design Manager

Edge Careers is seeking an experienced Regional Design Manager to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing design activities within our office, ensuring that all construction projects meet company standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of designers, project teams, and design managers to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure design solutions align with project goals and company standards
- Provide technical leadership to ensure innovative, cost-effective design solutions
- Oversee design activities to ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Regional Design Manager or similar role in a Main Contractor
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of designers and design managers
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with other departments
- Experience in managing design activities for multi-room, leisure, commercial, and logistics projects
