Payroll Specialist

Very Important Personnel (VIP) is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join their team in Ireland. As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Irish payrolls and pensions administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Irish payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Hold full ownership of Ireland Monthly Payrolls, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for payroll queries, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain employee confidence and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the payroll section, ensuring seamless operations.
- Process multiple payrolls, liaising with the wider finance team to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all paperwork is processed accurately, maintaining compliance with Revenue regulations.
- Complete payroll reconciliation, checking for discrepancies prior to submission.
- Prepare Monthly BACS files and reconcile prior to submission, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Complete and submit monthly reports in accordance with Revenue regulations, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Liaise with auditors regarding payroll and pensions, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
