Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control car park operations, including CCTV, ANPR, and operating systems, to ensure efficient and safe parking for customers.
  • Operate remote entry and exit systems, and provide assistance to customers as needed.
  • Identify and escalate any faults or potential risks related to security and health and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to internal and external enquiries, and representing the company's values and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the car park team to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
