Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, power of attorney, court protection orders, and probate.
- Support and mentor junior staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance the company's profile and reputation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong academic background and a willingness to learn and progress with the company.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
- Generous bonus scheme, recognizing and rewarding individual and team performance.
