Join Our Team as a Studio Instructor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Studio Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Studio Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group exercise classes and providing a fun and engaging experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group exercise classes, including aerobics, dance, and other fitness activities
- Develop and implement new class programs to meet the needs of our members
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Work collaboratively with the fitness team to deliver a high-quality program
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Nationally recognized group exercise qualification
- Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
- Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
- To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
