Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all stock is checked in and stored away correctly, maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house area.
* Assist the chef in presenting food and beverages, adhering to quality and quantity standards.
* Maintain personal and food hygiene, as well as housekeeping standards, in line with company policy.
* Clean down the kitchen at the end of each service and ensure it's ready for the next shift.
* Maintain a clean and tidy back-of-house area, including fridges, freezers, and store areas.
* Ensure products are date-coded, stock rotated, and labelled correctly.
* Prepare sufficient food for the next shift and adhere to standard recipes and food specifications.

Ideal Candidate:

* Excellent personal hygiene and presentation standards.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Friendly and professional demeanor.
* Ability to work as part of a team, resolving conflicts and taking criticism.
* Good attention to detail and punctuality.
* Proactive and able to work independently.
* Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar settings.
* Understanding of Food Safety.

Package Description:

* 28 hours per week.
* 3 days on, 3 days off.
* Competitive hourly rate.
* Must meet vetting requirements.
* Free staff car parking provided.
