Our client, a reputable law firm in Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to support their team in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support, including using digital dictation systems to produce correspondence and documentation related to property transactions.
  • Managing files and new matters on the Case Management system.
  • Conducting online Land Registry searches and responding to enquiries on behalf of lawyers.

Requirements:

  • Commercial property secretarial or Legal Assistant experience is essential.
  • Ideal candidates will have more than 3 years of experience in the legal sector.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office, Case Management Systems, and Outlook are required.

What We Offer:

  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9am to 5:30pm.
  • A salary range of £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
  • After probation, the opportunity to work one day a week from home.
  • A company pension scheme and performance bonus.
  • A cycle to work scheme and regular social events.
