Job Title: Sports Graduate

Are you a recent Sports Graduate looking to start your career in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking dynamic and motivated Sports Graduates to join schools in Filey, providing support across physical education and general classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and assisting in PE lessons and sports activities
  • Supporting teachers in the classroom, engaging students in learning
  • Encouraging physical activity and positive wellbeing among students
  • Mentoring and inspiring pupils through sports and extracurricular activities
  • Assisting with behaviour management and promoting teamwork and discipline
Requirements:
  • A recent Sports Graduate with a passion for education and working with young people
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to build positive relationships with students
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage groups of pupils
  • Experience in coaching or leading sports activities is desirable, but not essential
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to school life
