We are in search of a committed and seasoned Quality Assurance Supervisor to manage all quality control initiatives. This position guarantees that all products adhere to the utmost quality benchmarks and fulfill regulatory and compliance obligations.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will direct a team of quality control specialists and collaborate closely with various departments to sustain and enhance product excellence.

Conduct inspections and evaluations of products to verify they align with quality standards and regulatory mandates.

Employ data analysis to ensure that product attributes such as flavor, appearance, and aroma fall within acceptable parameters.

Oversee Quality Control Systems:
Formulate quality control protocols, standards, and specifications.

Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including BRC standards.

Document and uphold quality benchmarks and prepare for quality assessments.

Lead research initiatives aimed at improving product quality, encompassing flavor, preservation methods, and packaging innovations.

Design and execute training programs to keep staff informed about quality systems and requirements.


Educate employees on the significance of hygiene, precise mixing ratios, and the impact of variables such as temperature on product quality.


Coordinate Quality Control Efforts:
Work in partnership with other departments to ensure quality control efforts are seamlessly integrated into the production workflow.

Guide a team of quality control specialists, offering direction and support to meet quality objectives.

A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline is preferred.


A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the food sector, ideally in dairy or frozen dessert production, is essential.

Expertise in quality assurance practices and regulatory compliance is required.
