About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Business Analyst to join our regional IT team in EMEA with a focus on business partnership and building subject matter expertise in the area of Supply Chain and Logistics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between IT, business users, 3PL contacts and 3rd party IT delivery partners to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Build expertise with Mattel's iSeries based operational systems, analyzing business needs and helping to maintain and improve the quality of our services.
- Provide consultation and escalation point to regional business partners, offering expert advice and guidance on IT-related matters.
- Manage response to time-sensitive, business-critical support incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work with business partners to identify and drive transformation opportunities, leveraging IT to drive business growth and improvement.
- Drive adoption of tools and processes, helping to standardize processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
- Provide data analysis and structured insights to influence positive outcomes, informing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives.
- Partner with and provide direction to outsourced IT partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.
- Lead regional and global project work with business partners and 3PL providers, driving successful outcomes and delivering business value.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or other IT-related subjects.
- Experienced iSeries operator or developer, with a strong background in Supply Chain or Finance applications.
- 5+ years business partnering within Supply Chain and Logistics process areas, with a proven track record of success.
- Problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and comfortable with high complexity.
- Experience coordinating or leading IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
