HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment & HR Advisor to join our team at FCC Environment. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Team in ensuring compliance with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, escalating complex issues to the wider HR Team as necessary.
- Lead the recruitment process nationally, ensuring consistency across the country and providing advice to managers on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of employment law and its application in the workplace.
- Collaborate with the HR Systems Manager to ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the HR System (SAP).
- Support the HR Team in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects that drive business value.
