Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive a new phase of growth at Blue Cube. The successful candidate will have expertise and leadership skills to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a team to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve set targets
  • Employ a technical, consultative, solutions-based sales approach
  • Engage with key accounts and support the sales team through regular national travel
  • Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands for ease of access to our Head Office in Stafford

Requirements:

  • Experience as Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, or Sales Director, ideally within a specialist capital equipment rental business
  • Experience in selling specialist machinery to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated success in building new business relationships and winning new business across multiple markets
  • Leadership qualities, customer-centric approach, and willingness to be customer-facing

About Us:

We are fortunate to have the backing of Turner, a fourth-generation family investment office, who support our ambitious growth plans. Our equipment plans for 2025 include additional ESG elements, and we have recently appeared at Cold Chain Live. We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, creative, resilient, and tenacious, with a strong commercial and financial acumen.
