Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at a prestigious client location. The estate covers 120 acres, featuring stunning grounds, extensive infrastructure, and picturesque gardens.
The successful candidate will undertake a range of tasks, including:
- Undertaking reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Assisting with small project works
- Providing high standards of customer service
- Completing statutory PPMs and following the PPM planner
- Installing new pipework, services, and fittings as required
- Repairing leaks as required
- Assisting contractors as needed
