We're seeking a Product Launch Manager based in Europe, with extensive travel across European locations. This role will involve leading the successful launch and integration of new products into our European business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of business cases for new product investments.
- Ensure sales and operational readiness through strategic action plans.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to identify and resolve facilities-related issues or requirements associated with new products.
- Engage in the sales opportunity pipeline and contribute to significant commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to strengthen their capabilities.
- Ensure comprehensive technical training is accessible by participating in the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support the achievement of budget and growth plans.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all necessary technical details are available for marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience in product management, covering commercial and operational aspects.
- Proven expertise in at least one of the following product lines: Steam Generation, Temperature Control, Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS), Power or OFA Compressors.
- An in-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- A successful track record in launching new products.
- A strong technical background.
- A keen focus on technological advancements and innovation.
- Proven project management skills.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
