Role:

As a Smart Locker Technician Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team at Ricoh, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our innovative Smart Lockers across East Scotland. Our 2-year training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain Smart Lockers in the field, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing Smart Lockers, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement efficient installation and maintenance processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of IT technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Valid UK driving license, as frequent travel to installation sites is required.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and self-improvement to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
