Irwin and Colton are partnering with a leading crane company to recruit a Junior Health and Safety Advisor to join their existing health and safety team.

The role involves working within a major depot, assisting in documenting and investigating incidents, advising on health and safety improvements, and auditing performance across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting and investigating workplace incidents
  • Advise on and help deliver improvements in health, safety, and wellbeing performance
  • Audit and inspect health and safety performance across sites
  • Work closely with site teams to identify and implement health and safety solutions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within construction
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
