Job Title: Driver Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Education Manager - Driver Training in the day-to-day administration of our driver training unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Education Manager - Driver Training, including documentation, expenses, and course allocation.
  • Work closely with the Driver Training Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of driver training within EEAST.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff, providing guidance and support on administrative matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 GCSE's Grade A-C (or equivalent)
  • Experience of Level 2 Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and meet personal targets, while planning and prioritising appropriately
  • Providing advice, guidance and support to stakeholders in a customer focused environment
  • One year's general office experience
  • Good listener, excellent verbal and written communication
