Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our facilities and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and prioritizing safety in all activities.
  • Support the Head of FM in exceeding contractual obligations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage sub-contracted services to meet client expectations, focusing on minimizing KPI failures and financial penalties.
  • Embed and monitor management reporting and quality systems, tracking metrics for contract performance, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Cultivate productive site-level relationships with clients and maintain proactive communication with sub-contractors.
  • Actively seek feedback and commit to continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Support the ESS Way Commitments program and ensure effective training and development within the team.
  • Lead and manage all sub-contractor service projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and provide clear monthly reporting.
  • Monitor contract costs and analyze data to drive improvements.
  • Manage team members according to HR policies, ensuring all sub-contractors comply with updated requirements.
