Senior Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic 3rd Line Technical Support team at Net-Worx (2001) Limited. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for solving complex technical issues and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
