Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational technology engineers to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency of business-critical systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Lead technology projects, ensuring timely and quality completion, and effective change management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operational technology or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in operational technology systems, cybersecurity principles, and industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and vendors.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication skills, with experience in communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
