Body Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our team at Recruit Central. As a key member of our Bodyshop, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing accident-damaged vehicles to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out timely and accurate repairs in accordance with estimates and insurance company requirements.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest level of quality, minimizing rework and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report any further damage not listed on the work instructions.
  • Maintain good standards of housekeeping and timely removal of damaged parts.
  • Complete all documentation to the standard defined by the company.
  • Adhere to systems and procedures as defined by the Bodyshop Manager and Company policy and procedures.
  • Respond positively to requests from the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor and work effectively as a member of the Bodyshop Team.
  • Adhere to relevant Manufacturer/Insurer standards and requirements.
  • Observe all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
  • Use all products economically to minimize waste and costs.
  • Complete all work within agreed time scales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Bodyshop environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures.
