Rolling Stock Technician

We are seeking an experienced Rolling Stock Technician to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring control and generating Key Performance Indicators on the repair loop quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor control and generate Key Performance Indicators on the repair loop quality and performance.
- Update and KPI the repair reports database.
- Implement and maintain a closer link between the train performance and the repaired materials.
- Control that the outgoing materials have a clear failure description attached and a serial number.
- Control and challenge the suppliers on the quality of the repair reports that they provide and ensure that the scope of the repairs meet the required needs.
- Monitor and flag endangering consumption trends.
- Quarantine and return to good stock materials based on work orders data and data generated by the trains (i.e. defect codes).
- Analyze and close non-conformance of materials previously repaired.
- Schedule on-train testing of parts if required.
- Rolling Stock related technical background.
- Minimum 3-5 years of depot work or Maintenance Engineer Level 3.
- Experience in depot work environment.
- IT skills (user level).
- Experience in Excel.
- Experience in BI tools (desirable).
- Experience in stores processes (desirable).
