Senior Associate Director, University Library

Cambridge University Libraries is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our fundraising efforts. As the Head of Development, you will be responsible for generating significant philanthropic income to support the University Library's key priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet the University Library's goals
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value donors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior Library staff, academics, and external partners to drive fundraising initiatives
- Manage a portfolio of existing donor relationships and proactively build new networks
