Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the stability and efficiency of all IT systems.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  3. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and security.
  4. Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Ensure data integrity and security through effective backup and recovery procedures, as well as cybersecurity measures.
  7. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of IT services and products.
  8. Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost control and optimal allocation of resources.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
  3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
  4. Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
  5. Experience with budgeting and resource management.
