About the Role

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will work closely with clients to advise on business transformation strategies and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Manage and advise on the requirements gathering process by running workshops, interviews, and observations sessions with Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners to define business and functional requirements and system goals.
  • Solution Design: Work with Solution Architects and Developers to outline high-level and low-level solution designs in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Product Backlog Management: Own the Product Backlog and ensure requirements are documented correctly in User Stories following Behaviour Driven Development (BDD). Work with Product Owners to get sign-off prior to development.
  • Business Process Reengineering: Reengineer business processes and advise on enhancements based on best practice and Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Functional Design: Own the functional design of the solutions being delivered to ensure both user needs are met, and the solution is in line with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Clients Support: Aid clients in developing CRM roadmaps and showcase the art of the possible with the capabilities of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Full implementation lifecycle experience of CRM-based programmes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of the supporting business processes.
  • Facilitation Skills: Experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and a product backlog.
  • Agile Methodology: Passion for delivering according to an agile methodology, planning projects and releases in sprints, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • Microsoft Technology Stack: Understanding of the broader Microsoft technology stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions and working in fast-paced Agile environments.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and solutions in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
