About the Role:

This is a female-only role due to the requirement to work in female-only projects. You will be working in a residential setting, providing 24/7 support to service users. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and creative environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in supported housing projects
  • Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level experience
  • Ability to deliver holistic support and needs assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
