Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to join our educational team. This role is designed to provide essential care, educational support, and guidance to students with specific needs in Key Stage 2.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position, operating four mornings from Monday to Thursday, aligned with term-time only, which encompasses 39 weeks of work annually along with additional leave that increases with tenure.
Contract Duration:
This is a fixed-term role concluding in July 2025.
