We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Domestic Services Department.

The Domestic Services team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

We are looking for additional Domestic Supervisors who will ensure that cleaning standards meet our established operational protocols and frequencies.

Previous experience in the cleaning sector or in a supervisory role is advantageous.

Uniform and protective clothing will be provided.

The Health Board offers excellent working conditions, including a generous paid holiday entitlement, enhanced pay for weekend and evening shifts, and an opportunity to join the Superannuation Pension Scheme.

We are offering permanent employment contracts and have multiple positions available.

If you possess the drive and enthusiasm to make a positive impact with a strong focus on customer care, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate and organize daily activities of operational staff within the department.

Commit to delivering the highest quality cleaning services within the Health Board's facilities. Share best practices with others to enhance cleaning services as changes occur over time, allowing the department and individuals to adapt to evolving needs.

Utilize your skills effectively when supervising, training, and auditing cleaning processes with Domestic Assistants across various risk levels as classified by the National Standards of Cleanliness, which require management of different audit timelines.

Monitor and uphold best cleaning practices, ensuring that both you and your team meet the required standards.

The position will be based within the Health Board, and the successful candidate must be willing to travel to various locations as needed.
