Our client is a leading personal injury law firm located in the North West.

They are consistently ranked among the Top 100 law firms and have received recognition from the Legal 500 for over ten years.

The firm is currently seeking a qualified OL/PL Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience to enhance their esteemed team during a growth phase.

Role Overview

The OL/PL Lawyer will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of both pre- and post-litigated fast-track OL/PL cases from start to finish.

As you progress, you will also have the opportunity to work on multi-track cases.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or CILEx with at least 1 year of PQE. Non-qualified candidates with substantial experience may also be considered. It is essential to have prior experience in managing a litigated caseload of fast-track OL/PL cases from inception to resolution.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong billing history in handling a litigated caseload and possess a determined approach to their work.

Familiarity with the 'Proclaim' case management system is advantageous.
