The Fire Fighters Charity is seeking an experienced Fundraiser to join our national team, who can inspire the diverse communities across the South Wales and West England to unite support for their fire and Rescue communities.
Key Responsibilities- Building relationships with the fire and rescue services in your area, you'll become an integral part of the local fire services community.
- Helping to coordinate events, support fundraising initiatives and implement new ideas, you'll support your people, stations, and offices to raise awareness of the Charity and achieve and exceed income targets.
- Working with local businesses and people to maximise our fundraising potential.
- Generating the income we need to realise our ambitions, you will help us to be there for even more members of the fire and rescue community.
- Excellent business and project planning skills.
- The ability to multi-task and adapt your communication style to your audience.
- Effective engagement with multiple stakeholders and building strong networks.
- Supporting and inspiring our volunteers, ensuring that these vital links between our Charity and the fire and rescue services are happy and fulfilled in their roles.
- A salary of £38,618.
- A car allowance of £3,400 per annum.
- Pension: 8% pension contributions.
- Paid annual leave: 25 days' holiday rising to 27 plus Bank Holidays (pro rata).
- Life assurance: 3 x basic salary.
- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme, Health Care cash plan, and other support tools.
