About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shift Production Engineer to join our client's expanding team at Little Black Dog Recruitment Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and control production costs to achieve budgetary targets.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Shift Patterns
  • Monday to Friday
  • Sunday to Wednesday Night Shift Week 1, then Sunday to Tuesday Night Shift Week 2
  • Thursday to Saturday Day Shift
What You'll Need
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a production engineering role
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
