**The Challenge**
Millions of people over 75 live alone, often going without human interaction for extended periods. This can lead to increased risks of mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety, as well as physical health issues like dementia and stroke.
**Your Opportunity**
Join our team and become a lifesaver to someone in need. As a Companion Care Specialist, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
**What We Offer**
* Minimum 1-hour calls for one-to-one time with clients
* Competitive rates of pay: £14.74 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Full support and training
* 24-hour on-call support service
* Regular office events to help you unwind

**Your Responsibilities**
As a Companion Care Specialist, your duties will include:
* Motivating clients to get the most out of their day
* Providing personal care
* Administering medication
* Shopping and housekeeping
* Meal preparation
* Assisting clients to access the community
**Requirements**
* Full UK driving license
* Right to work in the UK
* Currently living within our covered area (Southampton, Fareham, Gosport, New Forest, and surrounding areas)
* Availability for 2 evenings a week and every other weekend
