Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop campaign requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaign activity between European regions and head office, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Campaign Briefing and Liaison: Provide campaign briefs to the operations team and act as a liaison between this team and wider clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Taxi (CMS) Coordination: Coordinate the use of Taxi (CMS) for communications, ensuring efficient and effective campaign execution.
  • Insight Generation: Provide insights to inform business decisions across our European CRM division, leveraging data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing colleagues, strategists, agencies, and campaign delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders, ensuring campaign performance is optimized.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and define new process improvement opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements
  • Adobe Campaign Experience: 2+ years' experience using Adobe Campaign Classic, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM, digital marketing principles, and campaign execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to develop campaigns that drive business results.
Desired Qualifications
  • Adobe Campaign Certification: Adobe Campaign certification, preferably Business Practitioner.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with connected technologies such as SQL, HTML, CSS, Workflows, Data management, and JavaScript.
  • Qlik Data Analytics: Experience with Qlik data analytics.
  • Estimations and PM Methodologies: Familiarity with estimations and PM methodologies.
  • Training Experience: Experience in training and development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Engagement with, or in-depth knowledge of the consumer electronics industry.
