Special Educational Needs Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join our team at Academics. As a SENCO, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students with special educational needs, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to staff in understanding and implementing SEND policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain resources to support students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with outside agencies to ensure effective support for students with SEND.
  • Complete and review EHCP paperwork to ensure accurate and timely support.
  • Work closely with SLT and other agencies to develop and improve the provision for SEND in the school.
