Our innovative development program is tailored to upskill and train Senior Care Assistants, enabling them to take on greater responsibilities and transition into Care Support Specialists. Upon completion of this program, you will also receive a salary increment. This position involves assisting with tasks such as medication administration, wound care, catheter management, and other direct clinical duties under the supervision of a qualified Nurse.
To qualify for our development program, you will need:
- S/NVQ Level III in Health & Social Care (or currently pursuing)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care
- A solid understanding of person-centered care planning and relevant legislative and regulatory standards.
