About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Group HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leaders, managers, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Lead the HR team, providing expert professional advice and coaching to enable them to deliver employee relations, workforce management, and employee engagement activities across their areas.
- Employee Relations: Oversee the management of all Employee Relations (ER) cases across the group.
- HR Advice and Guidance: Provide professional, confidential, and consistent advice and guidance on all aspects of HR to employees at all levels within the group.
- Culture and Values: Carry out all aspects of the role in line with the group culture and values.
- Student Experience: Ensure the student experience is kept at the heart of everything the HR Directorate does.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified: CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
- HR Experience: Experience in an HR Management role that reflects the equivalent level of knowledge will also be considered as a suitable alternative to meet the criteria.
- Employee Relations Knowledge: Extensive Employee Relations knowledge and practical experience gained through working in an HR Advisor role.
- HR Systems and Microsoft: Proficient in HR Systems and Microsoft.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with a thorough methodical approach to tasks.
- Generalist HR Role: Substantial experience working in a generalist HR role and able to demonstrate the application of HR policy in practice.
