About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Taylor Higson. As a Technical Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing allocated client accounts to deliver service support and reviews to increase performance within partners. You will also act as a specialist to support the growth and development of the partners' service organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated client accounts to deliver service support and reviews to increase performance within partners
- Acting as a specialist to support the growth and development of the partners' service organization
- Providing various levels of technical training to partners and service providers, both remotely and in person
- Escalating issues to the next level of technical support level if needed
- Manage product performance and reliability
- Manage warranty claims and spare parts, reporting information to the supply chain department
Requirements:
- A strong technical understanding of MFD print equipment
- Can build confidence with colleagues and clients
- Tenacious, determined, and forward-thinking with an excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of various Operations Systems and Office Software including Network technologies
- Can communicate technical information in an easy-to-digest way through a variety of different mediums
- Confident communicator, happy to deliver training, guidance, and support to others
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
