Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote children's development and learning
  • Observe, track, and reflect on children's learning and progress

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
  • Current enhanced DBS on the update service
