Compensation: £38,000 plus benefits and performance-related bonuses
Our Estate Managers are eligible for additional UNCAPPED bonuses based on performance, distributed quarterly.
Ideal candidates will have experience in roles such as Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, or Care Home Manager.

Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week, including a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

Candidate Profile:
- A warm, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual dedicated to advocating for the rights and wellbeing of older adults.
- Committed to fostering a thriving community where all residents feel included and empowered.
- Previous experience in promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable individuals and managing a team.
- Must possess a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent management qualification. (Candidates currently pursuing this qualification will also be considered.)
- A confident and experienced manager capable of maximizing team performance.
- Familiarity with managing senior living or care facilities, along with knowledge of health and safety regulations, property management, and budgetary requirements.
