About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our Sales and Customer Service functions. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-facing support, responding to enquiries and upselling services and products
  • Process orders and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless support
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Administration support role, ideally within sales or customer service teams
  • High work ethic and well-organized with the ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail/accuracy
