Job Title: Health & Safety Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team at PSI Global Group Limited. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to multiple locations to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and implement site safety audits, risk assessments, and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) as required.
- Deliver on-site training and presentations to employees, including bulletins, toolbox talks, and other safety-related materials.
- Attend health and safety meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, providing presentations and updates as necessary.
- Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and other documentation as required.
- Investigate and report on accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of near miss reports and data.
- Assist with insurance renewals, reports, and other administrative tasks related to health and safety.
- Identify and implement changes to mitigate risks to the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on health and safety matters.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH qualification and have relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
