Job Title: Junior Property Analyst

At Bruin, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Property Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Property Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the team with the landlord certificate process, maintaining accurate databases, and providing exceptional customer service to external and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with the landlord certificate process and ensure databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide high-standard customer service to leaseholders and their representatives via phone or written communication.
  • Read and analyze lease documents, deeds, and other property title documents to identify key provisions and title structures.
  • Update databases following comprehensive reviews in line with internal Building Safety processes.
  • Recommend actions based on review of legal documentation, including leases and titles.
  • Reconcile and identify data discrepancies, making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in delivering key projects, including Building Safety, within planned timeframes.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the property sector.
  • Able to show accuracy and speed when entering data into databases and copying from written and oral sources.
