We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Pension Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Jigsaw Homes Group.
As a key member of our Payroll Team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and accurate service to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Process all functions of the Payroll Team, including payroll and pension administration.
- Assist with monthly communications, timesheets, callouts, mileage and expenses, holiday back pay, statutory payments, sickness processing, and other ad hoc allowances or deductions.
- Deal with the Payroll and Driver Checks inbox and process driver checks for employees.
- Work closely with the Group Payroll & Pensions Manager and Senior Payroll Coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in payroll and pension administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
