As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality tooling solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program delivery
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure alignment with company goals
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
  • Manufacturing and Design
    • Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures
    • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure that tooling designs meet customer requirements and company standards
    • Drive innovation in manufacturing and design to improve efficiency and quality
  • Liaison and Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders as needed
  • Quality and Performance
    • Ensure that all tooling programs meet quality and performance standards
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling project management, with a focus on large-scale programs
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong technical knowledge of design and manufacturing principles, technologies, and supply chains
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
