This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to work with patients in their homes, providing high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver chemotherapy and other cancer treatments to patients in their homes
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on cancer care and treatment
- Collaborate with the oncology team to ensure seamless care and support
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and current registration as a nurse
- Experience in oncology nursing, preferably with a focus on chemotherapy and cancer care
