We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team at Nicholson Glover. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data analysis and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to top management on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Analyze key business metrics such as market share, sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through for both managed and unmanaged accounts.
  • Support the Head of Display with P&L analysis, weekly business plans, and key initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dig into data and uncover insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
