Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Heels & Brogues Recruitment is working with one of our top clients to expand the Coffee Field Service Engineer team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and set up commercial coffee equipment.
  • Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services.
  • Attend reactive breakdown and repair call-outs.
  • Provide operator training on coffee equipment operation and cleaning.
  • Manage and supply timely paperwork, including service reports with photos.
  • Support colleagues and engage proactively with all areas of the business.

Benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Weekly overtime rate is £22.50 per hour after 47.5 hours

  • Bank holiday overtime rate is £30 per hour plus an additional £50 standby
  • 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break. Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10 per hour
  • Non-Contributory company pension scheme (company pays 10%)
  • Death in Service. 4 times annual salary to nominated persons

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in electrical and engineering from previous employment.
  • Full training supplied.

About the Role:

As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you will receive full training before joining the 1-4 weekend rota, allowing you to become an integral part of our team.

They are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team; however, experience in another electro-mechanical field service role would be considered.
