Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Testing Engineer Supervisor to join our team at Fortus Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical testing and maintenance activities, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and promoting a positive external perception of our company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical testing and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Inspect works, provide training, and conduct toolbox talks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Occasionally carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, servicing, inspecting, and testing to ensure the integrity of our electrical systems.
- Undertake new electrical inspections and action reactive electrical works to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Complete emergency lighting inspections and provide reporting on time and to agreed standards.
- Provide the highest level of customer care and promote a good external perception of the company.
- Comply with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service.
Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence (required)
- Experience in electrical repair, maintenance, servicing & installations, preferably within the public sector.
- A sound knowledge of tools, equipment & materials common to the Electrical Trade.
- Current Trade Qualifications.
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
- The ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
Benefits:

- 23 days holiday per year, rising to 25 days after two years of employment

- Time and a half rate for evening and Saturday working hours
