Job Title: Backend Software Engineer (C#.Net SQL)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems using C#.Net and SQL.

About the Role:

  • Design and Develop: You will design and develop complex software systems using C#.Net and SQL, working closely with our Quant teams to architect valuation, risk, and pricing systems.
  • Collaborate with Teams: You will collaborate with our team of highly intelligent technologists and finance professionals to deliver massively scalable, high-performance streaming compute operations.
  • Technical Ownership: You will take ownership of technical projects from day one, working closely with our team to ensure successful delivery.
  • Learning and Development: You will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.

About You:

  • Academic Achievement: You have an outstanding record of academic achievement, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top 100 global university.
  • Programming Skills: You have advanced C#.Net programming skills, including.Net Core, and a strong knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Computer Science Fundamentals: You have a thorough understanding of computer science fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, design patterns, and algorithms.
  • Business Acumen: You are entrepreneurial with good business acumen, keen to take ownership and lead projects.
  • Collaboration: You are collaborative, enjoy problem-solving, and sharing ideas.
