Are you a skilled Assembly Fitter looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our client's innovative manufacturing business in Huddersfield.


Our client is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge products for the printing industry, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As an Assembly Fitter, you will play a key role in building and assembling a range of aftermarket products and machines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and assembling a range of aftermarket products and machines
  • Effectively using a variety of hand and power tools to fit mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic elements and sub-assemblies
  • Working closely with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality production


Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline (Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, BTEC/NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 etc.)
  • Stable work history with experience working in a similar position as a Mechanical Engineer, Technician, Assembler etc.
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week, spread across a regular day shift (Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:30)
